At AmsterdamSmoke.Shop, we work to provide fast, dependable shipping while making our delivery policies, processing times, and product shipping restrictions easy to understand. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $30

Most qualifying orders of $30 or more are eligible for FREE Ground Shipping.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders submitted after 12:00 PM PST will generally ship the following business day. Processing schedules are based on carrier pickup and cutoff times.

Please allow additional time for free shipping. Free shipping may take longer than expedited delivery services.

Orders containing Kratom Seltzers or other drink products do not qualify for free shipping because of their additional weight and special packaging requirements. See our Shipping Policy for Drink Products below for additional information.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other circumstances outside the control of AmsterdamSmoke.Shop.

Please remember that shipping times, including express shipping times, are calculated using business days.

Express shipments should not be expected to arrive on Saturday or Sunday unless the selected carrier service specifically provides weekend delivery.

Ordering expedited shipping close to the weekend does not guarantee weekend arrival.

If a tracking number is created over the weekend, the package may not actually be transferred to the shipping carrier until Monday.

Holiday Season Shipping

During the busy December and January holiday season, orders may require approximately 1–3 days from the order date to ship through the second week of January.

Our team will make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible during this high-volume period.

Carrier networks may also experience increased transit times during the holiday season, so customers should allow additional time for delivery.

Expedited & Guaranteed Shipping Services

Since 2020, USPS and UPS have limited which services are covered by their delivery guarantees. Carrier guarantees and eligibility can change, so customers selecting expedited shipping should review the carrier's current terms.

Please be aware that carrier guarantees may contain exceptions. For example, certain transportation or aircraft delays may be treated differently depending on whether the shipment was sent using UPS Next Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air Saver®.

USPS Priority Mail Express®

USPS Priority Mail Express® generally provides next-day to 2-day delivery to eligible destinations.

The scheduled delivery date depends on the shipment's origin and destination, and Priority Mail Express may take up to three days in certain circumstances.

Free Standard Shipping

Customers selecting Free Standard Shipping should generally allow approximately 3–5 business days for transit after the order has shipped.

However, Free Standard Shipping may take up to eight business days.

Any delivery date displayed for free or ground shipping is an estimated delivery date and is not guaranteed.

Selecting free shipping means your order may take longer to arrive than an order shipped using an expedited service.

Shipping Policy for Drinks & Beverages

Because of the additional weight and packaging requirements of beverages, AmsterdamSmoke.Shop is unable to provide free shipping on drink products, including Kratom Seltzers.

Beverages are significantly heavier than many standard products and require additional packaging and handling to help protect bottles, cans, and other containers during transportation.

We work to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible while maintaining reliable delivery.

Drink orders are securely packaged to help prevent damage during transit and are shipped through trusted carriers with tracking information provided when available.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to deliver these products safely and in the best possible condition.

Order Modifications

All orders are final once placed and cannot be modified.

Please carefully review your products, quantities, shipping address, and other order information before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect product is ordered, you will need to initiate a return after the package has been delivered.

Replacement products will not be shipped until the original merchandise has been returned, received, and inspected to verify that the products are undamaged, unopened, and untampered with.

Once the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved, our team can assist with the appropriate next steps for ordering the correct products.

Kratom Shipping Restrictions by State

AmsterdamSmoke.Shop is committed to following applicable federal, state, local, county, municipal, and tribal requirements concerning the sale and shipment of kratom, 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH), kratom extracts, and related products.

Because laws and product requirements vary by jurisdiction—and because AmsterdamSmoke.Shop may maintain shipping restrictions that are more restrictive than the minimum required by a particular jurisdiction—not every product available on our website can be shipped to every location.

Orders containing restricted products may be declined or canceled when we cannot legally or compliantly complete delivery.

Kratom Products – No-Ship States

AmsterdamSmoke.Shop does not currently ship applicable kratom products to:

Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Louisiana, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, and Wisconsin.

These are AmsterdamSmoke.Shop shipping restrictions and should not be interpreted to mean that every jurisdiction listed above necessarily maintains the same type of statewide statutory prohibition.

Synthetic & Semi-Synthetic Kratom Product Restrictions

AmsterdamSmoke.Shop does not currently ship applicable synthetic or semi-synthetic kratom products to:

Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Additional federal, state, and local restrictions may apply depending on the product's composition and alkaloid content.

7-OH Shipping Restrictions

Products containing elevated concentrations of 7-hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) are subject to additional restrictions.

AmsterdamSmoke.Shop does not currently ship products containing more than 2% of total alkaloid content in 7-hydroxymitragynine to:

Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Products containing more than 1% of total alkaloid content in 7-hydroxymitragynine are not currently shipped to:

Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and Rhode Island.

Additional product-specific restrictions may apply even when a product falls below these concentration levels.

Local, County & Tribal Kratom Shipping Restrictions

Statewide regulations are not the only restrictions that may affect kratom shipping. Individual cities, counties, municipalities, and tribal jurisdictions may establish additional requirements.

AmsterdamSmoke.Shop may therefore be unable to complete delivery to certain ZIP codes or addresses even when shipping is otherwise permitted elsewhere in the same state.

• Cocoa: Local retail location restrictions apply, including distance requirements involving certain schools, playgrounds, and religious institutions.

Illinois Kratom Restrictions

Restricted/Banned Locations: Alton, Antioch, Bartonville, Berkeley, Carol Stream, Central City, Cook, Cottage Hills, Chicago Ridge, Des Plaines, East Alton, Edwardsville, Elk Grove, Fulton, Glen Carbon, Godfrey, Granite City, Highland Park, Jerseyville, Kankakee, Maryville, Marion, Orland Park, Lake Zurich, Lockport, Park Ridge, Prospect Heights, Rolling Meadows, Tinley Park, Troy, Waukegan, and Wood River.

Age-Restricted Locations: Naperville and West Dundee (21+).

Mississippi Kratom Restrictions

Restricted Counties: Alcorn, Calhoun, Itawamba, Lafayette, Lowndes, Monroe, Noxubee, Pearl River, Prentiss, Tippa, Tishomingo, and Union.

Restricted Cities: Aberdeen, Amory, Booneville, Corinth, Fulton, Oxford, Pearl, Pontotoc, Ripley, Senatobia, Tremont, Vardaman, Walnut, and other applicable jurisdictions.

Missouri Kratom Restrictions

• St. Charles County: Additional age and seller licensing requirements apply.

• Chesterfield: 21+ age restriction.

• St. Louis County: Additional labeling and zoning requirements apply.

Montana Kratom Restrictions

• Blackfeet Tribal lands: Kratom restrictions apply.

New Hampshire Kratom Restrictions
